Welcome to FlickGo. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility & account

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

2. Orders & delivery

Prices, availability, and delivery times are shown in the app and may change. Orders are subject to acceptance and to your delivery location being within a store's service area. Payment is collected on delivery (Cash on Delivery) unless stated otherwise.

3. Cancellations & refunds

You may cancel an order before it is dispatched where the app allows. Refunds, where applicable, are handled per our support process.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, defraud the platform or its partners, or place orders you do not intend to accept. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, FlickGo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
